Wolé Adesemoye is an internationally recognized champion muscle model, winner of BBC’s The Last Man Standing and an ambassador for Maximuscle and Fresh Fitness Foods. He never lets himself forget, however, that his success wasn’t handed to him at birth. He achieved it through hard work and dedication.
